Warranty Information
Status Anxiety
Status Anxiety products are made of quality material and constructed to last for a long time and subsequently come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty.
The warranty applies to products used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended and doesn’t apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, or neglect.

In Leather
In Leather products are covered by a 3-month manufacturer’s warranty and doesn’t apply to faults are deemed to be caused by non-fair wear and tear no replacement or credit will be issued.
Stitch and Hide
All Stitch & Hide products come with a 1-year warranty. General wear and tear is not deemed as a fault and we are only able refund or exchange your item where there is a technical fault caused during manufacturing. Where possible, Stitch and Hide will firstly attempt to repair your item before offering a replacement or refund.
Ripcurl
Rip Curl leather products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12-months from original date of purchase when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, or unreasonable use or neglect.
Billabong
Billabong leather products have a 3-month manufacturer’s warranty. This covers defects in workmanship when used under normal conditions. Warranty does not cover general wear and tear nor damage from unintended use or neglect.
Roxy
Roxy and Quicksilver leather products have a 3-month manufacturer’s warranty. This covers defects in workmanship when used under normal conditions. Warranty does not cover general wear and tear nor damage from unintended use or neglect.
Leather Care:
The best way to care for your leather item is to clean with a damp cloth to wipe away dirt from the outside of the item. Dry away from direct sunlight.
If you need to clean the lining of your bag, pull the lining out of the bag so it hangs from the bag and clean with soapy water and let dry before use.
